fascinating info on deep breaks - what?

He just wrote a piece on "deep breaks."
He wrote it in response to a piece he recently wrote about deep work.
There were some contradictions, or so it seemed.
Cal is one of those guys who runs counter to many in terms of productivity.
Everything he writes just utterly fascinates me.
