It's been a while...lots going on

Something New

It's been a while! Life happened, business direction changed, and, well, I dropped everything.

Let me tell you the story. Well, it's a story in a story in another story.

Long story short, my family experienced 3 deaths in a few months. At the same time, we got notice that our landlord wanted to move their grown kid back into our house so we had to move.

All this while in CA for summer break.

Ugh! We spent most of July and August finding a new place, arranging a mortgage, moving, and cleaning.

All while my father in law had just passed away in California (I'm in Washington now)...and all that death of a close family member entails.

The last YEAR has been like this. I kinda felt like I was living "Groundhog Day."

Flying (and driving) back and forth from here to California, multiple times. Moving twice. Getting kids enrolled in schools. Helping the family deal with loss.

I don't know how we did it without going insane.

But here we are. INSA

Of course, business took a back seat. Not a lot got done in the past year.

I hope to change that, soon. I'm excited.

I got my office set up (finally). Video studio is ready. Lights, check. Background, check. Mic, check. Cam, check.

Taking a voice over class tonight. Not sure how comprehensive it will be, but the goal is to get some "voice gigs" because, I have been told, I "have a face for radio."

Hahaha!

I'm essentially building my business from scratch. I'm going to focus on creating products, a full-blown membership, daily emails, and consulting ("I consult.")

I am considering setting up shop (again) on Fiverr to get some of those "voice gigs" I mentioned above.

Now is the time where I tell you if you ever find yourself needing some "voice work" -- I'm your man.

A podcast and Mastermind are also on the road map.
