NOTE on that last one: It's not the type of book I normally put in here (it's non-fiction, but about gruesome mass-murders and the monsters behind them), but I'm fascinated by the story simply because I watched MindHunter on Netflix. It's a series of 10 episodes (first season) that follows the real-life story of two FBI agents in the '70s and '80s (I think) who interviewed murderers who'd been caught and imprisoned. This guy, Edmund Kemper, was heavily featured in the series.

It's a series that sucks you in. I've always been very interested in human behavior, incentives, motivation, and impulse. This is right up my alley, even if it turns my stomach and makes me hate people even more than I already do :)

I will not encourage you to watch it. But if you do, tell me what you think.
