Social media fatigue. It's a thing. I'm surprised people aren't going into rehab for it (newsflash: they will). It's like PTSD, but for whiners on social media.

I have a solution: Get off it. Don't log in. Seriously, just don't.

Whether you like or loathe Trump, or Congress, or the government in general, it really does you no good to salt your own wounds.

If you don't want to bug out entirely, just block people and pages who annoy you.

My block list is several pages long. I don't hesitate to press the Block button.

Final note: It's JUST social media. Most people don't know this, but 98 percent of social media is BS. It's made-up junk just to get a rise out of you.

Does it work? Hell yeah!
