Got anxiety?

I know I do. I battle anxiety on a regular basis.

And I think doing so adds to the "artificial" stress we place upon ourselves.

Which, of course, leads to all sorts of bad stuff like weight gain, heart disease, and yes, even cancer.

So when I saw two things first thing this morning related to stress and anxiety, my ears perked up and I began reading.

The first article I found was from a Tribe subscriber about Ryan Lee (whom I've written about before):

The second piece about anxiety that got my attention was this:

I am big into habits, which, to me, are systems that have been automated. And I love systems and automation!

I found that last one when searching for free books this morning on Amazon.
