Sometimes, you just have to punt

Hi there,

You may have noticed - no email yesterday. Know why?

Life happened.

My wife wasn't feeling good, I had to take my daughter to school, I got caught up in a discussion with her teacher (we're friends IRL), and well, next thing I knew, I was deep into it back at "work" and totally forgot.

So my apologies.

(I truly hope you're finding value in my emails. If you aren't, feel free to unsubscribe. I won't take it personally.)

Anyway, a couple updates. And then I want to hear what you're up to. So get ready to reply.

The Free Book Search Club is doing well. I've got it down to a very semi-automated process. I do manually pick the books (16 in total) and insert the code into the site, so that takes some time (about 10 minutes).

Then I write the email :)

(Except for yesterday.)

The Photo Search Club site is up, too. There are some sticking points, some parts of the WP plugin I'm using that don't work as expected...but I think I uploaded 9000 photos.

At least it felt that way.

If you want to give it a look, click here. Register if you want.

There is a link at the bottom of the page that takes you into the main page, where you can choose from dozens of galleries covering sports to people to flowers.

Each photo is $.99 and freely usable in your own projects. I have to add some legalease to the site to make that clear.

As a "member" (you're a member when you register, which means getting on the email subscriber list for that site) you'll be getting 10 photos per month that you can download and do as you wish with them.

Plus, I'll be giving away collections from time to time. Oh, and discounts.

I suggest you register, but I get it if you don't want to be on another email list.

Besides, 99 cents for a stock photo is a pretty damned good deal.

One book note: I'm getting this. I've delayed doing something about forming a business entity for far too long. I'm probably going down the LLC route. This book may help. Or not!

And don't forget - the best book deals are here, every weekday.

Now, what are YOU working on?

I truly want to hear. And no, I'm not angling for a sale here. I have too much work to do anyway. Not a bad problem to have but it does offer its own challenges.

Try Audible - it's how I "read" most of my books nowadays
