when you have a "to-do", there are 3 ways to deal with it

Published: Fri, 06/27/14

You can do it, you can not do it, or you can get
somebody else to do it for you.

I don't know about you, but if you have as much
to do as I do, you can't get it all done by your-
self.

And I can't simply not do it.

So I need something else. What is that,
you may ask?

Outsourcers. But not just any outsourcer.
Most of them suck. At least that's been my
experience.

Hell, I haven't had much luck with paid
employees, either.

So this could work, whether you're outsourcing
or working in a company with employees.

The author, Jason Fladlien, gets a lot done.
He owns a very small company, but they get
a lot of work done. And it's mostly done by
outsourcing.

I don't know how he does it, really. But he's
"spilling the beans" here on how he uses out-
sourcers to get the majority of his company's
work done.

He shows what and what not to outsource,
as well as how to structure each job so that
you get what you need out of the outsourcer.

Trust me, you need to outsource from time
to time. But you need to ensure that you get
QUALITY out of your paid jobs.

It's cool when jobs get done on time, too :)

This will show you how, and much more:
