I'm as frugal as the next guy. And I
bet you're the same.
If you can get a "perfectly good"
WordPress theme for free, you'd do
it.
Right?
Well, think twice about that. And think
long and hard about it.
This is a crazy world and what if the
theme publisher wasn't a "good
guy"?
What if he put in some malicious code?
You know, stuff like installing malware
on your visitors' PCs? Or opening a
back door to your site so that he - or
somebody else, most likely a bot - could
tap in whenever he wanted?
How would you know?
I'm not sure you would.
That's the kind of gnarly stuff that
could
happen to you if you use theme and plugins
from less-than-stellar folks.
Well, no worries!
The people at StudioPress have a reputation
to keep up, and it's a good one. They not
only write clean code for fast page loads,
but they keep up on it, too. Security is at
the top of their minds and they're always
updating their code.
And
--
They are having a sale on their Pro Plus
package of themes.
Get it here:
As you may know, Genesis was coded
from the ground up for efficiency and
maximum SEO. In fact, Brian Clark
commissioned "Yoast" (of WordPress
SEO
plugin fame) to help out on the
design, so you know it's good.
What you may not know is they also
brought a top web security chap on
board to make sure their code was
cool on the security front.
It is.
Today is the last day of the sale. You can
save a boatload of money on the entire
set of themes.
This deal is too good to pass
up.
PS - Don't be "that guy" up late at night
wondering why his web site is broken.
It could just be your "free theme". A lot of
them weren't written with the latest version
of WordPress in mind. StudioPress keeps
their
themes updated.
