- Watch that
- Reply with this
- Grab this when you’re ready

If you treat
your autoresponder like an asset, not a one-time chore.
Once a month, do this:
- Subject lines that flop → rewrite
- Emails people click → add more like those
- Questions people reply with → turn into new emails
- Offers that convert → move them earlier in the flow
Do that for 90 days and you’ll wake up with a
sequence that quietly prints:
- Leads
- Sales
- Bookings
- Whatever your business runs on
