If your ‘team’ is just you, your laptop, and

VAs and AI are the cheapest team members you’ll ever hire.
ChatGPT is probably the first step you need to take. Document what you learn. Record your processes. Make SOPs (standard operating procedures) for everything you "semi-" automate or automate.
THEN, once you're really cookin', think about hiring a virtual assistant. Give them all your documentation. They'll hit the ground running.
