TOP SECRET in marketing is BS. There is no such thing being sold for $10.
Hyperbole isn't my thing. But I do want to caution you on something extremely important. It's especially important this time of year, when seemingly every internet marketer comes out of the woodwork to try to sell you...some thing.
Look, we're all marketers. It's probably why you're on my list.
I get it. I really do. You gotta sell something!
But here's the deal: You don't have to hype it up. Sure, be confident in what you're selling. But just don't oversell it.
If you do, I'm telling you, it'll bite you in the ass. If you do sell a lot, but you oversell it, your customer support
"costs" (i.e., most likely your time) will skyrocket.
Nobody got time for that!
So, from a "producer" standpoint, overselling stuff is bad. It wastes your time and tarnishes your reputation.
But today, I'm speaking more to the "consumer" side of things.
You're no doubt getting a metric ton of shiite in your inbox and social media feeds.
Let me be clear: There are NO SECRETS in marketing that anybody is willing to sell you for
$9.97. Just not gonna happen.
If there is a true secret, I'm telling you right now, I'm keeping it to myself and exploiting it until it doesn't work any more.
You can bet your sweet ass all other marketers would do the same thing.
In fact, they are doing the same thing. They keep the good secrets to themselves.
Those things they tell you are secrets? They're hyped up cow pucky.
If you didn't even think of a thing until you got an email about it, you didn't need it.
So don't buy it.
That's it.

PS--happy holidays (for whatever holidays you celebrate).
PPS--Stay tuned for an exciting announcement that's directly related to the above diatribe. I have something new (albeit NOT a secret) that I will be sharing with you as an experiment that you will be able to directly benefit from. I have to work out a few
technicalities and kinks before I can tell you about this "it's not a secret."
